Join me for the 23 Day Jumpstart to 2023!
The goal: Start the year off on the right foot! Use the first 23 days of the year to work on establishing critical healthy habits. You won’t have to restrict anything! This is all about including the principles we want and building habits you can use for the long term. If you’re looking for some guidance and accountability to get your year started right, this is for you!
From January 1-23, you will aim to include 5 targets and 1 bonus self-care/health target each day!
These daily targets are:
-Drink your water
-Eat your fruits and veggies
-Eat your protein
-Moderate your “treat” intake
-Moderate your alcohol intake
-A self-care/health target, which will change daily!
We're not aiming for perfection here, so don’t let that stop you from signing up! Instead, we’re using this to guide us towards the habits we want, and allowing us to notice areas we may have for improvement, and then strategize accordingly!

You'll receive:
-A tracking sheet to check off your targets each day
-An informational video all about what you’ll be aiming for (You’ll get all the info and materials you need to get started via email on 12/28 so you have time to plan and go through it all!)
-Direct contact with me to ask any questions or seek support when you need it
-You'll be added to a Facebook group for the 23 days so we can all share, ask questions, share recipes, suggestions, and support one another! I’ll post there regularly too to offer tips, strategies, and help!
-Emails throughout the 23 days to help hold you accountable
-An opportunity to book a personal call with me at the halfway point to check in and ask questions
And, at the end, I’ll declare a winner! The person with the best results (not necessarily weight lost, but instead the biggest shifts in lifestyle, habits, physical, mental, or emotional changes!) will win a NFLP shirt of their choosing!

Note: Although this is geared towards helping us start the year on a healthy track, this is NOT meant to be a makeup or “detox” from the holidays. Sure, it might help you re-establish some of the habits you want to include most, but we never have to “make up for” food choices or actions. We’re simply deciding to do things a certain way moving forward! Let this challenge help you do so!
