I have so many tools and strategies, from focusing on water and protein intake and using mantras to help me stay on track, to knowing how to enjoy a treat without the guilty feelings attached to it. Thinking about food in connection to its nutritional value as opposed to "good" and "bad" was a huge take away for me, as well as strategies for eating on vacation, weekends and going out to eat. I have a better relationship with my weight, as we also talked about that versus body composition. I have learned so much and have so many take aways I will continue to work on.

Meet Your Coach-- Sara Callahan


For the majority of my life, I was an athlete. After I graduated from college, where I was a collegiate swimmer - I experienced many highs and lows with food-related experiences. There were times when I gained weight, wasn’t eating well, and wasn’t exercising. There were times when I was counting calories, doing tons of cardio, and starving.  


Neither ends of the spectrum were healthy, sustainable, or constructive.


These fluctuations lasted about two years before I made the changes and started a different kind of fitness and nutrition journey.  Since 2015, I have been learning, experimenting, losing body fat, gaining muscle, becoming much healthier, and coaching people to a better, healthier relationship with food and themselves.

NFLP Fit is specifically designed to supplement your balanced food plan. The perfect creation to allow you to lose body fat, build muscle, and enhance your cardiovascular health.


NFLP Fit is for people who are looking for a guided fitness practice with direct connections to a coach for accountability.  These workouts can be done at home without equipment or at a gym!  Workouts are designed to take about 45 minutes each day and include a written warmup, as well as both bodyweight only and equipment versions!  It doesn’t take tons of time, equipment, or access to a gym to get you the results you’re looking for!

The NFLP Online Course!

The NFLP Course is a 90-day course that coaches you to learn more about your food, your nutrition and what YOU need! Put an end to "dieting" for good and understand what your body needs and why instead. You’ll be held accountable and progressively incorporate healthy habits into your food plan. Receive daily and weekly coaching and guidance in reaching your food-related health goals!
