NFLP Fit is for people who are looking for a guided fitness practice with direct connections to a coach for accountability.  These workouts can be done at home without equipment or at a gym!  Workouts are designed to take about 45 minutes each day and include a written warmup, as well as both bodyweight only and equipment versions!  It doesn’t take tons of time, equipment, or access to a gym to get you the results you’re looking for!

The NFLP Course is a 90-day course that coaches you to learn more about your food, your nutrition and what YOU need! Put an end to "dieting" for good and understand what your body needs and why instead. You’ll be held accountable and progressively incorporate healthy habits into your food plan.
