"I just assumed I was a person who just was depleted by energy. Since taking the Course, my entire relationship to food and eating has changed. I feel fueled by the food that I eat and feel that I have the tools to continue integrating the strategies learned for the rest of my life... I'm also doing the Nutrition for Life Project Fitness Program, which provides me with the extra boost of variety and element of challenge I was longing for in my workouts.
